How is Your Youth Brand Strategy Performing?
While attending the New Jersey Credit Union League Annual Meeting and Convention in September, we were able to catch up with Charlie White and Scott Moriarty, who are the co-founders of Thwakk, Inc. Thwakk is a company that enables financial organizations to create affinity by empowering them to enlighten, excite and educate the next generation. Mr. While has 26 years of experience in technology and has served in the credit union industry for more than two decades. Mr. Moriarty possess a decade of credit union experience and specializes in process improvement and effectively leveraging technology to enhance member experience. Together they spoke on brand strategy for reaching youth and ways of reaching the youth market on their terms and building a comprehensive brand that caters to this particular audience.
