Savvy Marketing to Take Advantage of the Current CU Opportunities

We had the opportunity to attend the New Jersey Credit Union League's Annual Meeting and Convention in September.  While we were there we caught up with Chris Tissue, an analyst for Callahan & Associates and Site Coordinator for CreditUnions.com.  During his session Chris discussed whether your members prefer to learn about new products and services face-to-face with a Member Service Representative, or online.  He also discussed how strategies are different for these two different groups and how to market to them to meet their needs.
